We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 5 business days.
