Nha Trang Kinam Kodo is an exceptionally rare oud composition centered entirely around the extraordinary character of Vietnamese Nha Trang Kinam. Built from precious Nha Trang agarwood oils, including a remarkable 21-year-old vintage oud, the fragrance captures the essence of the most revered facets of Kinam: dark, resinous woods, bitter medicinal nuances, soft smoke, and a subtle honeyed sweetness. A sophisticated chromone extraction recreates the distinctive aroma of burning Kinam wood, bringing the smoky dimension of the Kodo ceremony into an extrait de parfum.

The opening reveals a cool, camphoraceous freshness that gradually gives way to warm spices, dry woods, and an almost honey-like sweetness. As it develops, the fragrance becomes denser and more contemplative, with impressions of aged oud, frankincense, patchouli, cedar, dried herbs, and softly smoldering wood. The vintage Nha Trang oud lends remarkable smoothness, rounding off the darker and more animalic facets while preserving the profound depth of the material.
