Royal Luban is a rich and deeply resinous composition centered around the unmistakable character of frankincense. The fragrance opens with an intense wave of smoky, aromatic frankincense, illuminated by the warm, leathery spice of saffron and the creamy floral character of gardenia. At its heart, labdanum adds balsamic, amber-like depth while gardenia continues to soften the darker resinous facets. The base reveals Vietnamese oud alongside earthy patchouli and dry vetiver, creating a deep woody foundation that enhances the smoky character of the incense. Resinous, earthy, floral, and intensely atmospheric, Royal Luban is a sophisticated exploration of frankincense enriched by precious oud and warm balsamic notes.
